When IC, you follow the basic roleplay rules and try not to break roleplay.trying to really further get into character, just normal duties around anaxas out of character situation is like mic spam or anything rule-breaking in a sense. (100 word minimum)[/color] [color=#2ecc71]The time and dedication people put into valiant was  absurd, and often over looked by everyone.  the impact of having a good staff team really matters and  is also  required to keep a server running . As a member of this community , I believe I am both competent and wise enough to make the right decisions in staff-like scenarios. Every staff member requires a certain mindset of making the right decision in short time To add on,  I would really love to help crimson grow and prosper furthermore. Also [/color] [color=#2ecc71]I  want to help those who come on the server, the people who want to meet new people and experience new things on the server so that it is welcoming to everyone on it. I really care about this server and I want to help everyone I can, even though it's someone to deal with or running a sim I will always have a good mindset no matter the problem [/color]
